Or should I say the capability.
Well there has been so much discussions on the speech of Miss South Carolina's speech, her hesitation and nervousness on stage, but atleast it should be grammatically correct. And look at that boy's confidence.
Disclaimer: In no way I intend to hurt the feelings of people of different countries. Just that I wanted to bring to notice the contrast that exists in developed and developing countries. They should however not be taken as representative of the whole country.
